NICE TO MEET YOU.

I’m Eden Dozier— a coach who helps people break free from the cycle of emotional eating and rediscover a healthy relationship with food. I lost over 120 lbs naturally—not through quick fixes or willpower alone, but by confronting the emotional weight I carried for years. My journey was about more than shedding pounds; it was about shedding the emotional baggage that had been weighing me down.

As a coach with lived experience, I bring a grounded, compassionate perspective rooted in my own transformation. I help my clients navigate the complexities of emotional eating by digging deep into the emotional triggers that drive their behaviors and patterns. Together, we’ll uncover the hidden reasons behind your eating habits and break free from the cycle of guilt, shame, and self-sabotage.

This isn’t just about weight loss; it’s about understanding your relationship with food and your emotions. My work encourages radical self-awareness and invites you to confront the root causes of your struggles, so you can make lasting, sustainable change—not just in your body, but in your mindset and emotional well-being.

With my approach, I strip away the fluff, toxic positivity, and quick-fix solutions. I offer raw, honest guidance to help you get real with yourself and stop hiding behind your habits. Through emotional resilience and self-compassion, I’ll help you navigate the tough stuff and reclaim control over your relationship with food.

If you're ready to do the inner work, face the uncomfortable truths, and start living free from the emotional weight of food, I’m here for you.

Disclaimer: As a life coach offering guidance based on lived experience, my advice is not a substitute for professional therapy. If you are struggling with mental health issues, I strongly recommend seeking help from a licensed therapist or counselor.

My Before

This was me at nearly my heaviest. Sad, broken, and trapped in a body that felt more like a prison than a home. And if you’re anything like I was, being the ‘funny fat friend’ wasn’t just a personality trait—it was a survival tactic. A well-worn shield of sarcasm and self-deprecating jokes, thrown up to block judgment before it could land. Humor was my camouflage, my attempt to convince the world—and myself—that I was perfectly fine. Spoiler alert: I wasn’t.
But the real punchline? That armor doesn’t just protect you from pain—it keeps you from healing.

If you’ve made it this far, then maybe you’re ready to shed the armor and build something real. Something true. And I would love to help you do it. Reach out and let’s chat.
